Help and Support

The Finance Helpdesk provides a first point of contact for all services offered by the Directorate of Finance as well as supporting colleagues who are carrying out finance related activities in their day to day roles. The helpdesk can assist with general as well as finance systems related support issues. This includes the help and support of financial systems & processes, the finance website and system training materials. The helpdesk is also responsible for control checks and carrying out a range of processes on the various finance systems, for example, month end close and setting up user access.

You can contact the Finance Helpdesk by email and we will respond to email enquiries within 2 working days however we are often able to send you a reply sooner than this.

We are open between 9 - 5pm each weekday. If you wish to speak to someone face to face please visit us in Room G.017 John Owens Building.
